Visit the NBI Office
The NBI office will collect biometrics, take a photo and validate your payment on the day of your scheduled appointment.

Below is the information you need to confirm your NBI clearance reference number and check the status of your application. NBI clearance applications are paid with the reference number (banks, Bayad Centers, ECPay, 7-Eleven, etc). Ensure that you keep the reference number secure and do not disclose it to anyone.

- Click on “Verify” after entering your reference number.
- Your clearance status will be displayed if your reference number is valid. Your reference number may be incorrect. Please try again if this is the case.
- Your registered email address and date of birth provided during the online application process can also be used to track the status of your NBI clearance application.
