We tend to want to save things when we are doing something, especially when we are doing things on the computer, which we usually do via email or on a thumb drive or we also often wish to print it out for a copy.

It is not necessary to save your NBI Clearance to a computer or USB drive. Having been saved as a database entry on the NBI website, you will be able to see it again if you use the email address with which you register on the website and the password you use to log in.

There is one thing I would like to emphasize before I proceed. As I stated above, a print out is not necessary to bring to the NBI Clearance office, nor is it necessary to show it when you pay for NBI clearance. In order to show them the Reference Number, you simply need to have it.
